Polices
To be read and acknowledged before your pup enjoys their treatment
1. Vaccinations & Health
All dogs must be up-to-date with vaccinations, including C5/DHLPP, Bordetella, and flea/tick prevention.
Please provide a copy of your dog’s vaccination records before their first appointment.
If your dog is unwell, has contagious conditions, or shows signs of illness, we reserve the right to refuse service to protect other pets.
2. Health Conditions & Emergencies
Owners must inform us in writing of any existing health conditions, allergies, or behavioural concerns prior to the appointment.
While our team is trained to respond to emergencies, we cannot assume financial responsibility for veterinary treatment or medical expenses.
We will make every effort to care for your pet and respond promptly in case of an emergency.
3. Safety & Escapes
Our staff supervise all dogs closely, but Bark To The Future cannot be held liable if a dog escapes or goes missing.
We implement the highest safety standards and will take all reasonable steps to secure your pet.
4. Behaviour & Responsibility
Owners are responsible for accurate disclosure of behaviour history, including aggression, fear, or anxiety.
We may require a trial session or additional safety measures for dogs with certain behavioural concerns.
5. Booking & Communication
Please inform us of any changes in your dog’s health, behaviour, or medication prior to your visit.
Late notifications may affect the safety and suitability of the appointment.
6. Our Commitment
We genuinely care for each dog and treat them like part of our family.
Despite our care and supervision, unforeseen events may occur. By using our services, you acknowledge these policies and understand the inherent risks.
