New Customer Registration Step By Step

New Dog Enrolment All new dogs must complete registration before attending daycare.

This ensures a safe, structured, and enjoyable environment for every dog.

Step 1: Sign Up

Create your account via the customer portal and click “Sign Up.” Complete the New Customer form with your details

Step 2: Add Your Dog

Complete the New Pet form for your dog(s).
If you have more than one dog, click “Add New Pet” and repeat.
Once finished, select “Complete Registration.”

Step 3: Agreements

Log in to your account and go to Account → Waivers & Agreements.
Sign the Daycare Services Agreement using your full name and password.

Step 4: Vaccination Upload

Upload your dog’s current C5 vaccination certificate via Account → Upload Files.

Step 5: Trial Day Booking

Go to Book → Daycare → Daycare | Trial.
Select your preferred date (trial runs 9:00am–1:00pm) and submit your request. Our team will confirm your booking asap!
